SPCA of North Brevard, Inc.

The SPCA was founded in 1979 to provide humane services to animals located in the county, including the prevention of cruelty to animals, the providing of humane care and treatment for all animals needing protection, seeking suitable homes for animals without owners, educating the public on humane animal treatment and promoting the need for spay/neutering of domestic pet animals. Adoption Process

An application is submitted either in person, fax (321-267-4762) or scanned and emailed to spcaadopt@bellsouth.net (application is available to print out blank form on our web site, www.spcanorthbrevard.com). The application review process is normally a minimum of 24 hours, possibly longer if application is received after normal business hours. Adopters must physically meet the prospective animal and be interviewed by an adoption counselor. Dog adoptions require that all persons living in the house meet the animal prior to adoption. The SPCA of North Brevard, Inc, reserves the right to deny any application for adoption for any issue deemed to be not in the best interest of the animal being adopted.
