To tell you alittle bit about ourselves, we are a non-profit, 501 (c) 3 organization funded by donations and fundraisers only. We do not receive any funds from any city, county or government entity, HSUS, ASPCA or any other organization. We are a small shelter that accepts owner released dogs and cats from our service area of Glades and Hendry Counties for a small, mandatory fee.

Adoption Process
To adopt one of these great dogs or cats, please visit our shelter and meet the pets we have available.
After choosing one that suits your family best, you will need to fill out an adoption application to be considered for approval.
Once approved, we will go through the signing of an adoption contract and adoption receipt. We do require an adoption donation and if your pet is not altered, he or she will be scheduled for the next surgery date to be spayed or neutered.
Your pet will be available for pick up 3 days after surgery. This is required for the health of your future pet to ensure there are no medical emergencies that will need immediate attention.
If the pet you chose is already altered, you can take your newly adopted pet home the same day to their forever home!!
