Beagles of Arizona Rescue Club
Beagles of Arizona Rescue Club (BARC) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that helps homeless beagles, beagle mixes, and big hounds find forever homes. We rescue adoptable beagles and beagle mixes scheduled for euthanasia at local shelters. We arrange foster homes for our beagles, and provide them food, shelter, medical care and love until they are able to find permanent homes. We also work in conjunction with other rescue organizations to spread the positive message of rescue adoption.

Adoption Process
The Adoption Process
Each rescue dog is different and we do everything possible to ensure that each dog is placed in the home best able to meet its unique requirements and needs. We are only able to do this by first, assessing the dog through our foster care program and then assessing each potential home for suitability by conducting an interview and home visit. Our adoption process is listed below.
Step 1: Adoption Application
Once you complete and submit your application it is reviewed by our adoption team and qualified applicants will be contacted via your preferred method of contact. You may either mail in a completed paper copy with the $10 application fee to the address listed on the application or, if you prefer a quicker response, you may save it as a file and e-mail it to adoptions@azbarc.com and make your application payment via PayPal.
Step 2: Qualification
If the application meets the initial requirements, then one of our Adoption Counselors will go through

Please note: After submitting an adoption application, we recommend that you follow-up with the shelter to ensure they have received your adoption application from Petango. The shelter’s contact information can be found in the left hand column. Thank you.
