Pet Memo

Hi my name is Cade. I am a shy guy who is learning how to enjoy being a dog. I am a bit afraid of the outside world and loud noises, because of this I was always nervous at the shelter. I have since been placed in a foster home where I have foster siblings and a fenced yard. I love playing outside with my siblings and having the boundaries of the fence has really helped me be more relaxed when outside. However, once I go on walks and no longer have the security a fence provides, I get really nervous. So, I have to go to a home with a fenced yard.

Each day my foster parents say I am growing more and more confident. I now run up and greet them when they come home versus hiding. I even ask for attention, because there is nothing better than a belly rub. While I am learning some, I am still nervous in new situations and experiencing new things. This is where my foster siblings help me out. They show me it is ok to meet new people and loud noises aren't really that scary. I like the confidence having a sibling gives me, so I need to go to a home with another dog who will help me grow more confident.
