Pet Memo

My name is Petunia. I was incarcerated at 6 weeks old for the crime of losing my hair when I'm stressed. So here I am, over a year later and have finally been let out for good behavior into foster care. A real, but temporary home, where I treasure what everyone else seems not to notice. The beauty and variety of life enraptures me; I take nothing for granted. I cherish little things like cool breezes, sunshine, lying on green grass, and the bright colors on TV. I am a loving old soul for being so young. I enjoy the company of dogs and ignore cats. I ride quietly in the car and thoughtfully watch out the window in amazement of the colors, smells and sights. I look forward to each and every day and treat every moment like it's my last. For now I will rest assured in my new comfy bed and quiet, stress-free environment that my foster Mom is helping find me a real home and family of my own. I seldom bark and walk well on a leash. I'm a 45lb lab mix looking for the human I can love. Could it be you?

What a pretty girl! Petunia is very smart and eager to please. She's highly trainable. She loves her treats and in the right home will learn very quickly. Petunia is an energetic and playful girl - she's waiting to meet you!
