Trista is a semi feral gal that seeks a ranch setting, winery or barn where she can spend her days chasing critters and basking in the sunshine. She is a very quiet girl, and would just like to be seen from a little bit of a distance. She is spayed, vaccinated and tested.

Action For Animals' Rights / North County Humane Society has been serving San Luis Obispo County since 1977. Our Vision is to live in a world where all animals receive compassion, respect, and humane treatment from all people. Initially AFAR / NCHS's main focus was a spay/neuter program making low-cost spay/neuter vouchers available to area residents. Over the years we have grown and expanded and now house over 200 cats in our shelter. We are a cage-free and no-kill shelter. Cats lounge around as they would in a home and are treated with loving care by our outstanding staff.
