Pet Memo

11/18/10- Ms. Morris, a 2-year-old long hair red tabby mix, was living as a stray for a very long time in an apartment complex. Many of the people around her would feed and play with her. Finally, one of the really nice people caught her, took her to the vet where she got all caught up on vaccinations, and brought her to Operation Kindness to find a new home. Ms. Morris loves to be petted and sit in your lap, but she is not comfortable with being picked up. Ms. Morris does enjoy the company of dogs. If you would like to meet this beautiful girl, come by the shelter and say hello. Pet ID# 61827

Operation Kindness was founded in 1976 and is the oldest and largest no-kill shelter in North Texas. We are a nonprofit animal welfare organization that cares for homeless or unwanted cats and dogs in a no-kill environment. We never euthanize an animal to make room for another. We care for all the animals we take in until they are adopted.
